This is our second car from you. The service is outstanding from Jim. I wouldn’t just say it. I’ll be ready for a 3rd car in the future. Car and people are awesome. Thank you.

Absolutely awful and unhappy. All my friends who own a VW/Mitsu. Avoid this place at all costs. Spent thousands getting my EVO X fixed and running which they did back in April/May for my timing chain issue and some other things and NOW they are saying they won't bother working on it because I have a tune and aftermarket parts that were on it before they fixed it back in May. Sounds to me like they just spit in my face and just wanted to take my money and not work on it again after the car messes up within 1-2k miles AFTER they "repaired" it. Literally my car sat in the lot while I was on medical leave from a car accident involving my kid and wife and I never drove it and this is what I get. Serious disappointment. What do they want me to do? Magically give them another couple thousand, get it fixed, and have them say "Oh, we can't work on it because it's got a tune and aftermarket parts on it" if it messes up again?

Overall it was a less than pleasurable experience. The person handling the actual sale of the car would not accept the original check to be cashed and I had to exchange it with a different one. I was told I could come and exchange the check on Mon, and when I called ahead to confirm this I was told to come on in. When I got to the dealer the original check was not there, so I had wasted my time to get there. The same thing happened the next day. Currently I still have not received that check back and have not written, and will not write a new one, until I have it. It is supposedly being overnighted to me.

I was disappointed that I was given a 10 minute notice to pick my car up before the dealership closed. I was texted at 5:50 that I needed to pick up my vehicle before 6:00, luckily I was close, but I do not live in town. Also, I was told that my battery was broken and needed to be replaced. From Bowling Green we had to get the battery to take to the retail store we purchased the battery, because it was just recently replaced, just to find out it needed to be charged. I feel like the dealership should have attempted to charge the battery before telling me the battery needed to be replaced.

I called yesterday to inquire about a car that they had for sale. I had two questions for the sales person. The first was if they’d consider fixing what was an obvious defect/flaw in the car. The second question was if there was any negotiation if we were going to pay cash. For the first question he said they could fix it, but the price would go up. For the second question I was informed that as a cash buyer, the price would go UP by 1000. When he told me this, I replied with “well I guess you won’t be earning my business today” he said “ok” and literally hung up on me. Here’s the thing, when I was younger I worked at a car dealership and you have two types of dealers. Those who are high volume dealers and due to the level of sales, they are incentivized on the volume of sales as well as what they make for selling over their invoiced prices. You also have those dealers who will nickel and dime you for everything. This dealership appears to be the second one. Based on my experience, this dealership is the second one and it’s evident you won’t get a deal here. If you like rude sales people and overpaying, then this dealership is for you.

I was originally told that my service would only take an hour and a half, but I ended waiting 4 hours while also being the last person in the waiting room. Everyone who came in after me left before me. It was very upsetting and I wish I was offered a temporary car, so that I at least would have been able to leave to get food. I was so frustrated and still ended up paying 500. My expectations were not met especially with the time frame that I was given by the advisor. This dealership was already about 2 hours from where I stay, so I still had 2 more hours before I made it home after leaving here. My advisor wasn’t really updating me on what was happening, so I felt like I was just waiting in the dark.

1,000 to replace alternator. Was told battery was also bad, took it 60 miles back to get it charged where it was originally bought. Thought they could charged the battery themselves.

I have bought two cars here in the last three years because of their management, salesman, and financial department. This dealership is different in that they don't pressure or mislead. They are friendly and honest. Quite honestly, if you can't make a good deal with these folks at Hallmark, it's probably your fault. I have received more than fair discounts on price and lower than expected interest rates. Again, this is a no pressure, no lies car dealership. Mitsubishi has the best warranty in the industry and I've never had to use it. I love my Mitsu's! If that's not your thing perhaps a Volkswagen (biggest auto maker in the world) or nice late model previously owned car would work. I highly recommend buying a car from these guys. I saw a bad review on here and it had nothing to do with buying a car, so don't let that enfluence you.
