My wife and I just purchased an LG washer and dryer set from Grand Appliance and TV in Sun Prairie. My wife worked with Chris Chapel who was extremely nice and informative. He took the time to work with us on everything we wanted and needed for our new appliances. We took delivery today and the installers where awesome! We couldn’t ask for a better buying experience!

The in store customer service was incredible. My wife and I were so happy and excited to move into our new home with brand new quality appliances from a reputable company. Well after calling six separate times to pay for the items, nobody answered our calls. Not once did they even bother to call us back. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought it would've been so hard to try to give a company 12,000 for appliances. Well Grand Appliance and TV, you just lost our business. Probably for good.

I visited Grand Appliance and TV to shop for an oven. This was the third stop I made yesterday. I was very confident that I was going to find what I was looking for as far as product and price. I was happily surprised to find both. The product that I was looking for was there and at a price over 200 less then either of the other places I had visited. The person that helped me while there was awesome. He answered all my questions and directed me to the best product at the best price. A very personable place to shop, a great shopping experience, and a great value for your money.
