I started training with Raven 2 months ago, and I must say I LOVE IT! She knows what she is doing, the best part is it doesn't get boring. Every day the work out is different...never a dull moment. It is nice to show up and know that she is going to give you an amazing work out. Even on days it rains, she will post a work out for you to do at home. I will continue to work out with Raven, and recommend her to all of my family and friends. You will not regret signing up...you get more than what you pay for!

Personal Fitness with Raven is one of the best choices I have made! Making the appointment for my consultation with Raven was super easy and stress free, as was the actual consultation. Raven was very professional in our first meeting and interested in what my goals were. She is very educated and informed of what are bodies need and what it takes to become healthier. I felt relaxed and was impressed that she isn't just about getting fit quick, she is interested in helping people make a change in their life for the better that will last. Nutrition is a big part of this lifestyle change and she does not ignore this. In the very first consultation nutrition and diet were discussed and guidance was given in how to make my diet healthier. After the Initial Consultation I met with her for a Fitness Assessment. I think this is where I was most impressed. She really paid attention to what my body was doing and was able to adjust and adapt various exercises for what my body was needing. In the assessment she was able to figure out what my strengths and weaknesses were and with that knowledge will be able to plan a workout that is best suited to my body. Raven is not a Cookie Cutter trainer. I know that I am not going to get the same workout as the person before me or even the person after me. Most importantly, this is a lifestyle change and she is more than equipped to help anyone make it.

Raven is an excellent personal trainer. She is in tune with all her clients' needs and always finds a way to keep them guessing. She is always content and energetic, which makes the experience for each client enjoyable yet tough all in the same. A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED professional in my opinion!

So I am one of those people who walks into a gym and doesn’t have the first idea of how to start or what I should be doing. Upon finding Raven and the Bodyvival Fitness program, I was nervous and felt like the new kid in school that everyone would make fun of…..I couldn’t have been more wrong!! From day 1, even though I wasn’t the fastest runner or the best at a push-up….and WHAT is a Plank Position; everyone went at their own pace and there was no competition except for with yourself. With the smaller more personal group of people, the attention you receive is extremely helpful. If maybe you don’t know exactly how to do a specific drill, if you need to modify a drill, or if your struggling Raven is able to see that and make recommendations that fits better for you, which is very helpful for a beginner like me. The nutrition program that Raven provides was a huge help in changing my eating habits. I use it as a guide (I do have to tweak something’s….I’m a picky eater) and I refer to it when I am making my grocery lists. I look forward to seeing the 3-5 ladies that are in my work out group; we motivate and encourage each other, and we always make any newcomer feel comfortable and welcome. Since starting with Raven, I have lost 10lbs, 7 inches, and 5.8% body fat. I feel better, I can see the results of my hard work, and my clothes are getting baggie on me which I am super excited about.
