Would say 0 stars but the Trooper was polite.. Grew up here and was pulled over for the 1st time in a decade. Easy target with out of state plates; I get it. Was cited for rolling through a red light. Accused of no seat belt which I took off as he quickly approached my vehicle. Reinforced why I left this area. Bored and corrupt system who needs revenue for a poor area. They know I cannot waste time to contest a ticket. Used to be harassed all the time and did not make it 5 days visiting. . . Some things do not change and will not be missed.

I usually have a lot of respect for police departments. Lost all power and lights In my semi truck in a construction zone durring a rain storm on a curve and was barely on the shoulder so I decided to call state police TWICE for saftey assistance considering the situation with no hazard lights and not only were the dispatchers rude but despite both calls no police showed up in the 4 hours I sat there. I should have said I had a marker light out someone would have been there in a heartbeat.... obviously care more about these things than public saftey

The three officers that responded to the crash that involved my mother today in Pittsfield were amazing. Professional and very caring. Kudos and please stay safe out there officers.

My husband and I would like to thank you for assisting him following his automobile accident this morning on Root Road in Columbia Township. We are grateful for your help and all that you do.

Don't break the law and you won't have to worry about these guys. I have gotten quite a few tickets in their jurisdiction (I'm not proud of that...) and they have always been friendly and kind. Show them respect and they will respect you.
