I have had two recent deliveries of topsoil from this company. Both arrived on time and the quality of the soil was excellent! No pieces of clay mixed in and there are little to no weed seeds contained in the soil.

Called to place an order for topsoil. Was ordering 10 yards, and we got to the address, phone number and instructions for delivery. They will not deliver or dump off the driveway or in the street. Oh well, no order from me.

Called on a Monday and set up a topsoil drop off for Friday morning. Mark, the guy who answered was really nice. Said no problem ill call you by 8:30am Friday and get your cc info then we will drop off around 9am. Took my name, address and phone number. Friday morning 9:30 rolls around and still no phone call. By this time I called 3 times and left a message. Decided to call the Royalton office (i was originally dealing with the one in brook Park). The manager didn't know why no one was answering, said call him back in 40min if no one gets ahold of me. Again nothing, this manager at the Royalton location acted like it was no big deal. He said this is a mess and that Mark guy never sent a pick ticket over? And that I shouldn't have dealt with him? Like I knew, he's the one who answered the phone. So Royalton did deliver my soil almost 3hrs late and what I was quoted by Mark was wrong price as well. So I was charged a higher price than quoted and still a delivery fee. If I didn't take the day off work and half the day wasn't over, I would have called a different company.
