The Flip Flop Inn is the only house we stay in when we come to Topsail. It has everything thing you would ever want or need for the perfect beach vacation! Susan is amazing to work with.

Pearl By The Sea played an important role making my vacation an unforgettable one. The home ambiance was great. The poolside was superb to spend an afternoon or evening. The newly built home was safe, clean and comfortable for our large group of 12. While the adults busy partying, the kids enjoyed every moment. The fully-equipped kitchen deserves a mention. Blender, coffee maker, mixer, dishwasher and double oven adorned the kitchen.

I can’t tell how much satisfied and ecstatic I’m right now. Had there been someone else, he would have had same rapturous moments. I stayed at Pearl By The Sea, located a stone’s throw away from the beach. There were 5 bedrooms, and each bedroom has its unique features. My Master Suite was beautifully decorated. The property was in great condition. It was clean, well-maintained and safe.

First of all, I would like to thank Bob and Susan for owning an oceanfront property. My recent visit to North Topsail was a super success. While the vacation was full of fun-filled activities, including some water sports, the stay at the Flip Flop Inn deserves a mention. What impressed me the most about the beachfront rental is the modern kitchen – it has got all modern culinary appliances.

We stayed at Flip Flop Inn for 7 days and found every amenity and furnishings just right. Talking about the location, you just can’t ignore it. It is located right in the heart of the area, and we could easily hop around the area and explore all major attractions easily.
