Look no further for the perfect place to stay!!!! The cottages are so warm and welcoming. Beds are all very clean and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is there. To wake up to a private beach with seals dancing on the water right in front of you was the jewel of our short stay. The owner is amazing!! She immediately answers any concerns you may have, no matter how small. We have already booked for a longer stay next year!!

Straight out of a romance novel! We loved watching an amazingly romantic and memorable sunsets right off our porch. You couldn't possibly be closer to the beach, so much so that we fell asleep to the sounds of the waves after enjoining a beach camp fire (Get a permit from the fire department first). Our cottage was very cozy and had everything that we needed. Very clean with the absolute beach house feel to it. The owner is incredibly accommodating with fantastic communication through out the process. Made our stay incredibly easy. Can't wait to come back again.

This summer was our second time staying at Cape Cod Beach Cottages and we had a great time. The location is outstanding with an amazing view right on a private beach. We enjoyed watching seals and baby otters playing right from the porch in the morning and spend hours combing the beach. The owner, Joanne, truely goes the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on the cape. You won't be dissapointed! We will be back!
