Herrell's is like no other. The place has been a staple for over 40 years and high quality ice cream is what keeps people coming back . Amazing! The long list of flavor were bold and balanced and the consistency of the ice-cream is like no other . The owners are absolutely Amazing and take pride in their products and it shows in every bite. Place was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Their cakes are amazing and I especially love their No Moo non dairy flavors not to mention their award winning hot fudge.My favorite was chocolate pudding ice withe their home made chocolate sprinkles. This is definitely a road trip kind of place that after I drove 3 hours I didn't regret it not one bit. I even went ate twice before I left the area.do your self a favor if you love ice cream...don't miss this one. It's even kosher so it's held to higher standard.you will absolutely love this place!

This is a must if you’re in NoHo! Burnt sugar and butter is a staple on the menu, while other options such as PB&J or butternut are in rotation. Definitely stop in and enjoy yourself. I lose all self control here... and I don’t even mind!

My girlfriend and I came to this place after a great dinner at High Brow, looking for a sweet fix to top off a wonderful day trip before heading home. Unfortunately, while the ice cream was quite good, the woman who served us was condescending and rude. My girlfriend asked for chocolate chips on her ice cream cone and was told that “they wouldn’t stay on” in a rude tone. Turns out, the ice cream started melting fast anyway, and the cone was unceremoniously dumped into a paper cup by the same person. I guess we could have gotten chocolate chips. TLDR: good ice cream, sub-par service

The ice cream has a great and strong flavor. Perfect for someone who needs a potent taste. I'd recommend the chocolate pudding ice cream

Loved the ice creams here. Have tried out 6 varieties till now. Just the dairy ones. Really enjoyed their burnt sugar'n butter and malted vanilla variants. Also tried out stuff like cayenne pepper, which was a little weird. Looking forward to trying out some of their non dairy almond milk ice creams.
