Reid, James, and their team have been great to work with. They've installed a Whole House Water Filter (a HomeMaster which I purchased online) and a Navien Tankless Water Heater in our home , both of which are working well. Plus they have provided hours of research and advice on the best solutions for our unique issues. Their knowledge and experience in the area of Water Filters and specifics about Water Heaters was invaluable, and they've definitely gone above the call of duty for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbers, especially if you need someone to navigate the complexities of water filtration.
They did not come out to the House, because when I called and explain that we needed to have our water faucets treated for the Winter. The person on the phone told me that I can do it myself. It took about 15 mnutes and they stayed on the line with me. Very Nice. If we do need help in the future we will certainly call them.
We Called Northern Virginia Plumbing because they were recommended by our Insurance company USAA. We woke up to a Sunday morning with Water on the floor near the Water Heater. It has been in the house for at least 16 years so I was not surprised, we needed a new one, just did not want it to be an emergency. When the Plumber arrived I showed him to the basement and he started looking the job over. He came upstairs about 5 minutes later and said \you are good to go\. Turns out it was a valve part that was leaking, and he had already repaired it. They are coming back on Wednesday to install a new Water Heater. We have never had a bad referral from USAA, and are grateful with how we were treated.
We had an emergency plumbing issue where water was spraying out of the wall and after calling 3 other services who stated they wouldn't be available until the next day, I called Northern Virginia Plumbing Services. This team recognized the emergency and stopped what they were doing and came over within 30 minutes. I was lying on my back with my finger on the hole and this team came in and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. I was impressed by the professionalism, the response and the craftsmanship. What an amazing team. The technician even thanked me for my Military Service. They really turned a disaster into a manageable calm situation. Would recommend to ANYONE.
