Kim did an exceedingly thorough walk-through to find the least invasive way to complete the installation. Big fan of Northstar protection after working with Kim. As a homeowner I can't stress the peace of mind Northstar has granted me with water detection, security and monitoring. Kim was much easier to work with and personalized everything to my exact needs. I didn't receive the same important attention to detail from the larger national brands available in my area.
