Don't do business with this company... When you have insurance they will double dip and start charging you. You then call their billing department, which on one is every answering and if you get the main operator, she refers you back to the number that you've called and you are back where you started. I know why they do this and it's so you become frustrated, and just pay the bill. Meanwhile month after month you can't get ahold of them and just keep getting big bills in the mail and then they threaten you with your account being sent to a lawyers office, this is extortion and they're committing fraud when your insurance company has already been paid. The billing statements cite invoice numbers and these you never see. Since I can never get through to them, I'm going to send them a letter, that I want a billing statement showing that I owe nothing. But if they want to keep pursuring fraud and extorting money out of me. Ill just simply file a criminal complaint with the district attorney's office, so I can finally bring an end to all these automated calls and billing statements. They think that if you can ever get through that you're just going to pay your bill. So I dare you to hire that lawyer and make sure he will cover your felony criminal cases too.

I agree. The worst customer service. They put me on hold and never come back. I hang up after 10 - 15 minutes. They keep shipping me the wrong supplies. I went in person to get it right. They said they made a note to my files. Now again, my new order is wrong. I cannot talk to anyone on the phone. Will have to go in person to get correct supplies. I will tell my medicare DR not to refer me to this company in the future.

this company has very very bad customer service. there ads say they cover medical supplies and accept medi/medi. this place is a JOKE. do not go to them for medical supplies.
