Exceptional! We had Don come out to fix our oven and he was conscientious of and adherent to COVID guidelines, keeping mask on at all times. He was extremely knowledgable and was able to quickly resolve our issue. The price was also very reasonable for the service received. He was very courteous and professional and we will definitely be using Poirier again.

I already spoke with two people in your Norwood location today. Here is my problem; We came to your business because we had bought appliances from big box stores and when something goes wrong, its like pulling teeth to get it fixed. We have bought two entire kitchen appliance set ups for two seperate houses from you now. The gas weber grill we bought from you was surface rusting within a couple of weeks, your sales dept told me to call weber. Thats not why we came to you. The fridge in question here, Fridgidaire Gallery FG4H2272UF was the floor model you so kindly sold us, not for any discount though, so we expect it to be as good as one straight from the factory. The handles had surface rust on them, tech came out to replace with wrong handles. had to reschedule. The icemaker has always been painfully slow and throws ice all over the floor if you dont jam the glass as hard as possible up against the top. The leak from somewhere in the icemaker overflow reservoir is ruining the hardwood floor in our kitchen. The icemaker has constant condensation up against the outside of it (within the fridge) This was all replaced a couple months back, worked for about a week and its all back to square one, leaking on floor, ice not filling in a small glass in over 90 seconds and condensation over the side of the icemaker. I explained to your folks on the phone that my wife has been patient and nice about this so far, ive had it. I want another fridge, i dont want this one fixed again, i dont want another one like this. I'm happy to pay more for better, but take this piece of junk away. This cost 2600, not cheap and not the most expensive, but i expect it to work and work well. In these times of covid, i dont want your repair man in our home 20 times. If i have to go and buy a new fridge from your competitor, i will. It'll be a sad reflection on your business though. the money i spent there.

Poirier is great!! They have great knowledge and expertise in any appliance you may need for your house. We have gotten a new Washer & Dryer, a new Deep Freezer and now a new Microwave from them, and could not be any HAPPIER with all of them! Delivery was very timely.

Poirier is now my absolute go to for all our large appliances. They will match any big box store price, then they will give you something you NEVER get at a big box store — great service! And follow up service is the key to happiness when buying a large appliance. The Poirier technicians are smart, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable and through. Knowing they are there for me is huge — I will never buy a large appliance anywhere else again!

Visited with my mother in law for Massachusetts sales tax holiday. They have taken every practical precaution for Covid-19. Highly organized, gloves and masks available. Staff incredibly helpful (a little thing, but made a difference; a person came by and asked if we were being helped, explained she was admin and would get someone. That's how to deal with a customer, so many businesses don't know how to do that). We dealt with Michael Poirier -patient, listened to my mother in law, answered all questions willingly. First class, can't recommend highly enough.
