I highly recommend Rod's Home Maintenance and Repair services. Rod is honest, trustworthy, and a bit of a perfectionist in his work. His repairs and updates to our porch/deck were completed without any issues and it looks better than when it was new. What more could you ask? As someone mentioned in their review, he is a busy contractor and if you can get him to do your projects, you won't regret it; if he is booked up, he is worth the wait.

Rod more than deserves the highest rating possible. His work is high-quality and he does the job quickly. His reliability can't be beaten. Last fall he repaired the rails on my deck. I was very pleased with his workmanship. He fixed my shower head and now water again runs through generously. He has patched walls, and he even did the minor painting in the outside area. Rod is honest and pricing is fair. He is my \go to handyman service.
He wasn’t able to help us as the poor guy just has so much work already but he called me and let me know this quickly instead of just leaving me hanging. He also recommended others who could help me. That’s great customer service!
Rod is a trustworthy guy and does good work. He also always seems to have very reasonable costs. Definitely recommended. Call early because he seems to stay pretty busy.
