I initially suggested to my wife that she take her iPhone 6s to an authorized Apple repair center, but she preferred to give this shop a shot. We replaced her battery here last year and, based on her satisfaction with that service, returned for a screen replacement this summer. Immediately after the screen replacement this year, her phone began to run hot and randomly reboot. We then noticed that the new screen was separating from the phone. We returned within the replacement screen's warranty window - and the tech told us that this was due to the battery swelling. I advised that the battery was replaced at this shop and that we only use the OEM Apple charger. Since these issues only started right after the screen replacement, it had to be attributed to the screen replacement service. Nonetheless, the tech told me there was nothing they could do because the battery was outside of the repair warranty - and he quoted us 50 to replace the battery again. Basically, we had a phone that was working perfectly until we had the screen replaced at this shop, and we're told that the new screen is separating because the battery they installed a year ago is swelling. And since the battery isn't under warranty, we're short of luck - and need to pay them again for another aftermarket battery replacement (Upon opening the screen, I can see that the battery they previously installed is aftermarket, despite the tech telling me that it wasn't. He says they just happened to have OEM Apple batteries the week our phone's battery was replaced last year. Please see attached photo proof.). At least be honest. Suffice it to say, we will not be returning to this store - and will only be taking our Apple devices to Apple or authorized repair centers moving forward. Very disappointed, as we thought we had a new local go-to we could support - especially during this pandemic.

These guys are the best! I had zero space on my laptop and thought I had to buy more space etc., but they found out my laptop was saving/archiving all my emails. It was a simple job that they could totally have scammed me and made me buy more storage. They’re honest and have so much integrity I’ve been using them for years!
My wife and I walked in without an appointment. When asked when one would be available, we were told 2 days from then. As we were walking out, the person at the counter asked what the problem was. After we told him, he took her phone, tried a possible fix, and within 5 minutes everything was fixed. I tried to compensate him for his work, but he refused. It's nice to find someone who goes out of their way to help when they don't need to. I'll definitely be back. Thanks again.
I had an incredible experience today. My phone wasn't accepting charge and it seemed like I was going to need a new one. Took it in here, they let me in (without an appointment) found out there was just lint in the charging port. They cleaned it free of charge and I was on my way in a few minutes. I even offered to pay because it felt too good to be true. Thank you to FixThat4U for such a great encounter in what felt like a lousy situation. The employee working went above and beyond and it's something that deserves recognition. It may be a cliche, but I WILL be taking my business here whenever I need a device fixed.
The gentleman that helped me out was super informative and knew exactly what he was talking about. Fixed my phone screen in only an hour. Great price and great customer service what else do you need!! Any technology issues they are the place to take it to! Thank you!
