Steak Escape is hard to find, was very happy with the food quality. You have to get the cheese with your fries too!

Cook wore mask with nose exposed. Counter service seemed dazed and confused. I felt bad for the manager who seemed to be working with everybody at once. Had the black and bleu sandwich. Weak on mushrooms and definitely didn't taste like bleu cheese. Crispy potato strings were not crispy.

Stopped in tonight for dinner, young man taking the order appeared to be listening to the order however when the food arrived the 2 sandwiches were both wrong. So I go to the counter the young man will not even make eye contact with me so the young lady (cook) says is there a problem (With an attitude) I proceed to explain that the Philly does not have any green peppers or onions on it and i also ordered jalepenos and requested lettuce and mayo, the sandwich was literally meat and cheese on bread, so she impatiently says I'll just make it again, what did you want? I explained a Philly with jalapenos, lettuce and mayo. She proceeds to make the replacement sandwich a Philly with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Still made the sandwich incorrect so at this point our 25.00 dinner for 2 was not near what we anticipated. Poor listening leads to poor execution in turn poor customer service. Not visiting this location any longer so good luck with your future at Steak Escape!

We waited over 15 minutes for our order. Cars that went through the drive thru after we ordered got their food first. The Super Potato oles were terrible.
