The ladies were amazing during our difficult time. Listen to us and comforted us as we handed out Moglii over. They took amazing care of us.

Unlike one of the previous reviews that I read, I had a pleasant experience when I went here for a pet cremation. The lady I worked with did sit me down in the consultation area and was very kind during one of the worst days of my life. The staff was friendly and thoughtful and did not try to sell me anything and it did seem like they have a nice selection of urns and memorials there to choose from. They also gave me all the time I needed to say my last goodbyes to beloved Sampson. My only \complaint\ was that it took two weeks to receive the ashes back, but they did tell me that in advance so it wasn't a surprise or aggravation. This was my first time dealing with a cremation so I'm not even sure what a normal or good waiting time is compared to another place. I shopped around online a little before coming here and the cost of a private cremation was much cheaper here compared to some other places. It was cheaper here for a private cremation and return of ashes than some places that offered group cremations and no return of ashes.I would highly recommend using them to anyone when dealing with a loss of a pet.

Terrible experience. Took our Nanna there for pet cremation. 1. Never invited to sit down, mgr stayed behind the counter. Even though there is a consultation area. 2. When she called me back to say Nanna's remains were ready for pick up. She did not use her name, she referred to her as \your dog\. 3. When I went to get them, mgr wasn't in. Man in office apologized but couldn't help me because he couldn't open the vault. I called her cell and she did meet me there 45 min later. Hours are 9-12 and 1-4, you would think that all services would be available during business hours, wouldn't you? Nanna was in our lives for 16 years. Loosing a pet can be as hard as loosing a Human loved one. It should be treated with the same dignity as you would for a Human. I will not use your services again and would not recommend to anyone.
