We bought a Kitchen Aid refrigerator from this place. They didn't tell us that it was the first year out with this type of fridge and the repairman who first came out told us it was a lemon. We've paid for an extended warranty and have had MANY visits from the local technicians (3rd party). I'm angry that Pacific Sales sold us this lemon and didn't have the courtesy of telling us that this was a spanking-new model. If we'd have known, we would have gone for something different. We won't be going back.

I bought an LG refrigerator from Pacific sales. they placed it in my kitchen. a few weeks later it started to buzz. it was leaning back a bit so I went to level it and found that it would not level. After pulling it out from the wall I found that the rear wheels are pushed inside of the cabinet from mishandling on their side. Invisible damage unless you look underneath. I called the store several times and left messages that were never responded to. Called several more times over the next week and finally spoke with the manager Bianca who told me that it was not returnable as over fifteen days had passed. Since then I have spoke with other supposed customer service people from Pacific Sales and they will not even send someone to fix the LG refrigerator. Now my brand new refrigerator is sitting on top of a piece of plywood to level it. I highly recommend finding a reputable store to do business with as Pacific Sales will not treat you fairly
Please do not buy a Viking appliance from Pacific Sales. It will be a living nightmare when the machine breaks down like mine did after 2 months. Dealing with the mechanics that couldnt fix it, which are independent contractors, to the parts that were backordered for 2 months because Viking doesnt make the parts, of course. From there the miserable customer service that then took over my life for the next 2 weeks, pleading them to send a replacement which of course they were in zero hurry. They will try to convince you that someone is working on it, utlimately to just get you off the phone. Come to find out by Pacfic Sales that the fridge you thought you bought from Viking was actually made by Electrolux...yeah the vacuum people. Oh, and I quote "they dont make good fridges". But if that day does come when Viking tells Pacific sales and they tell Best Buy and Best Buy tells the independent delivery contractor to replace your fridge please dont live on a hill because they wont make the drop due to trees. Nightmare! Never again.
POOR, VERY POOR SERVICE! This is just one example: it is currently 10:08 and no one is answering. Sad.
