The Bicycle Spot crew were amazing today!!! They fixed and tuned my nieces cool yellow bike perfectly! Now I feel comfortable with her riding the bike! Great work by all at the shop! Always will use this shop! Thank You!!!

The worst! I called a day earlier, asking for a bike within 150 price range. They said they would call me back with availability. I did not recieve a call nor text, so the next day I go over here and all the bikes I see look used and beaten. When I asked about why they didnt call me back they just shrugged and said they do not have a bike for that cheap only 500 and up. These bikes ladies and gentlemen are NOT worth 100 bucks nor are they new!!! So how can you charge 500 - 1000 bikes that are USED! Go to Wal-Mart, Target even will have a bettee deal! Worst service ever.

First, this shop has been around for a long time. It is locally owned! I like supporting local businesses. But, I would not go there if they did not give good service. They do give excellent service and help. Once again they gave me quick and effective service and advice. Go there for sales and service.

This shop is the best in SoFlo. Reasonable prices, quick turnaround, and incredible helpful. Peyton taught me how to change my own tire and I ended up getting a flat just the next day and was able to change it on the spot. Alex and DJ were friendly and knowledgeable too. Can’t recommend this place enough!
