Five stars for On the Road Again Repair Jody, James & Gary have truly been a lifesaver for me. As a retired Vet,cash flow can be iffy at times but this trio is the triple threat, the trifecta of H-D repair and the prices are more than reasonable. I’ve had my bike serviced with them twice already and they always take care of my bike as if I’ve just left my pet with its favorite groomer. OTRA, I truly appreciate you! Big Ups to you all! Surprised that this shop is still in business. We were given an estimate of 4-5 weeks. We had been using this shop for awhile for minor work. What a big mistake to use them for a more extensive job.... It took 4 1/2 months for them to complete engine work, brakes, new exhaust etc on one of our bikes in 2018. The parts were all paid for in advance. The bike was put in their shop 5 months before a planned trip. There was no excuse for the long delay other than the fact that they wanted to move other jobs through to get the cash. Many bikes came and went and our job just sat there. It sat for so long, that when Paul finally opened some of the parts packages and discovered that one of the parts was ordered incorrectly, their vendor would not take it back due to the length of time. I cannot express the amount of stress as our vacation was approaching and the work was still not done. Plus there would be a process to break in the engine which included several oil changes at specific intervals. The last 2 oil changes had to be done during our trip due to their procrastination. Also if they are going to test ride your bike, check to be sure they have insurance coverage in case of an accident. When we inquired in 2018, the shop did not have that type of coverage. Jody thought that maybe Paul’s personal motorcycle policy would cover any accident. Of course that was not the case. Needless to say that we have never been back and we will never recommend this shop to anyone. We have since found a different shop in the area.
Changed my tire and helped me replace the battery for a great price. Definitely recommend this shop, very nice people to do business with.
