Stephen Solomon went above and beyond to make sure my mother was safely in the care of Roberts of Ocala Funeral Home after a very stressful fiasco with an out of state funeral home. We were initially going to bring her to NC, but after they did not follow through with our wishes, we contacted Roberts and Stephen called us back immediately. He had our mom in his care in no less than two hours. Beth Childers was our Funeral Director and she was calm and patient while working with us through email and text. We are so grateful to Stephen, Beth, and everyone else that took care of us and our mom.

We arrived to Roberts funeral chapel confused and not knowing what to do as we had just found out our dad doesn't have much time to live. The team was able to have Mr. Solomon speak to my brother and I. Mr. Solomon took his time explaining everything to us in a less painful way. He also managed to talk to us about different things which made the process a lot less painful and much easier. He was very compassionate, and helpful to fulfill our father last wishes. In the end the process was easier than expected because Mr. Solomon made it possible. Thank you!!!
