H20 Water

Right when I walked in the atmosphere was great. Everyone was so friendly and greeted us with a smile. The front desk people were sweet and attentive. And then when we got on the dock it was even better. George was funny and made sure we all knew what we were doing and the supervisors made sure we got back safely. All in all a great day 10/10 would recommend.

I had an awesome time here. It was my first time to do the jetski. We had a blast. The day was sunny and warm so it was a treat to enter the water and play with it. It was also blowing so there were a lot of waves. I had hard time to maneuver the ski boat but I managed just fine, though I could not increase the speed much being a newbie and that type of weather. It was affordable and the lady also gave us discounts.

they weren't friendly and wouldn't provide any access to anyone whose deaf. The lady was being rude to us when we were trying to understand what she was trying to say. She kept talking to us when she had her mask on the whole time. She decided to ignore us and went to other customers which it upset us all in what she was doing to us. NEXT TIME, she should communicate by writing on a piece of paper so we know what's going on than being clueless which that wasn't cool at all. They need to find a way to provide access for anyone who is deaf if they decided to show up and rent jetski. We decided to leave the place since they wouldn't let us rent jetski so we put 1 against them so everyone else is aware of what's going on. Then later on, got text saying where we were at.. i said HMM we was JUST there and wouldn't let us rent the jetski due to insurance policy which i don't believe this at all unless you show us the proof that it's actually on the policy. Thank you.

Signs all over saying masks required - which they totally do not enforce. Very small \track\ on the water that you have to follow with 20 other jet skis. Guy doing the \briefing\ was very intimidating about the sand bar - said \if you hit it you've bought jet ski\. No social distancing on the dock while waiting to board - in fact he was telling us to move down and pack in. We left without riding and got our money back. Save your money and find a place on a lake. Update: now they replied to this review saying we weren't customers. We had a 3:00pm reservation yesterday.

There were 9 of us total (5 drivers 4 passengers), we were running slightly behind and started a little after 10 am, we thought we were going to get cut short but to our surprise - we got to ride for an entire hour from when we actually got on the water. One of our jet skis tipped and the instructors were there in seconds to assist in getting the 2 guys back on the jet ski. We had one child that was kind of young and we were concerned with him letting go so one of the instructors came over and tethered him to his dad which made their riding experience much smoother. All and all I felt very comfortable out on the water with them. I’ve gone jet skiing one other time and that place gave me anxiety about tipping them, this place made us feel like it was no big deal and super common. We even got to keep riding even though it was raining. At the dock my parents were hanging out taking pictures and they said everyone was so awesome and nice and they were joking around with them and talking, my dad who didn’t ride regretted it because of how awesome the staff was. Thank you all, will definitely return in the future!
