Awesome staff! Spoke with Mary, she was so super sweet and helpful. We had an easy check-in although we arrived hours after the office closed. And to top it off I walked in the house and there was a cake and card for me. Im a 4 time breast cancer survivor and I shared my story with her. Mary is such an amazing and thoughtful young lady! Loved doing business with this company. Roomy house! A 6 minute walk to the beach. Fenced in backyard for our 10 year old boxer lab. Quiet neighborhood. Siren and somewhere I look forward to visiting again! I

We have been renting through OD beach rentals for many years now. David and his staff are so friendly and professional. Always going out of their way to make our vacation perfect. If you are looking for ease of booking a vacation I would highly recommend OD Beach rentals. Great people to work with !!!!!! Janet L.
This was our first vacation of the year thanks to covid!! We always stay ocean front, but this property SANDYFT seemed to have everything we were looking for so we decided to book it. It had a hot tub and nice roomy home. As soon as we arrived we got a note saying the hot tub wasn't working but they would be there the next day to make the repair. Well nobody ever showed up or bothered to call us. So I call them and they take my name and number and no big surprise nobody ever called us. So I call again and was told we're still waiting on the part. Not to mention we rented this place 3 months before our arrival time so it should have been fixed before we ever even got there. I called everyday for a week our entire vacation stay trying to get answers or get some of our money reimbursed to us. I've still not heard anything to this day from them. My family or friends will never rent from them again. I've called a lawyer to see what I can do. Wouldn't recommend this rental company. They want your money but they don't care about you!! In response to your response you're a liar..We were not told before our arrival or we would have canceled our reservation. We were left a note on our packet upon arrival in which my lawyer now has. We PAID for a house with a hot tub and still no offer to refund us any of our 1700.00. We could have stayed oceanfront with no hot tub for less money. So no worries on us ever renting from you again. And you might want to work on your customer service. When someone's tells you 3 times they will speak with management and call you back and never once returned a phone call I think there might be a problem.
I would highly recommend this realty company, Ocean Drive Beach Rentals. I had a vacation scheduled for August 2020, but found out I was pregnant and after talking with my family whom I was sharing a condo with during my stay for 1 week we decided to see if there was any way to reschedule for the following year 2021 due to everything going on with covid-19. Cases are continuing to rise where we live but also in South Carolina and due to health concerns with me being pregnant, having little ones coming with us and my parents being older with health concerns, we really did not feel comfortable making the road trip down from PA at this time. I called Ocean Drive Beach Rentals and spoke to Mary. She was more than accommodating. She allowed us to move our vacation to the following year for the same week with no issues. I was surprised at how easy it was because I have heard some horror stories about other reality companies not allowing their guests to even reschedule for a following year with the pandemic going on. Mary also stated that if for some reason when we get our work vacation schedules for 2021 if we can’t go the week that we are scheduled for in 2021 that she will be more than happy to move our week to a week we are available to go as long as it was available on her end. I am beyond pleased with how accommodating they were and also how understanding they were given the circumstances. I hate to cancel something last minute like this but just couldn’t bare the risk. We vacation a lot in SC and I will from now on make sure to use Ocean Drive Beach Rentals when planning my future vacations. I will also recommend them to my family friends and anyone else looking to vacation in SC since they were so understanding and accommodating. With everything going on it says so much about how a company handles their guests during such a hard time and I am beyond thankful that they made this process so easy.
