Top notch trainers matched with a top notch facility is the recipe for success. Erik’s energy is contagious and you can feel it as soon as you enter the door. One of the cleanest gyms I’ve encountered. Erik’s been training my son over the last three plus years and the results are phenomenal. I highly recommend CustomFit 360 for anyone serious about making a change in their health.
I have been a part of the CustomFit family in some capacity since 2016. Training with Erik was fun, inspiring, and beneficial. My body felt great. CustomFit360 is amazing! Knowledgeable trainers, custom meal plans and result driven workouts - but most importantly they fit your diet needs to your liking and your lifestyle to make it happen! Monday cycle class with Bre was awesome, she was very nice and made sure everyone felt taken care of and was motivated. Half cycle- half lower body and ab workout! Followed social distance/mask/and sanitation the whole time. Will be back, loved it!!
