Clean...private...felt like home...a home you enjoy staying at. View of the ocean and two balconies ...not big but pretty perfect for two each. Initially was skeptical given some reviews but our room and stay was great.

It's very busy. Rooms are decent. Have all the amenities but could have been cleaned better. Price is good. Pool is big enough for a crowd. They have a lot of rules! But overall it was nice.
The place was very clean and peaceful. There is a small beach but the nice pool and hot tub make up for it. Next to this resort there is a lot of shops and places to shop. Staying at this place is like staying at a nice apartment. It is big and has very nice decor.
The front desk is courteous. The rooms are marble and light tile. The whole suite gives off the appearance of water and sky. Our room looked over the ocean and mangrove.. Everyday noise vanished with the slight, delightful sound of the waves.
I had the most unpleasant time checking in. The gate security guard Adrian wouldn't let my vehicle on the grounds. I didn’t have all of the details so it took me a few minutes to get my information together but he let me pull off to do that. I'm a patient person so I understand he's doing his job not letting me in without verification but I got all of the booking info and told him which group I was with and it turns out there were 3 condos booked and a limit of 2 cars per condo. He says he won't let anyone else from the group on property. I calmly ask if there is a supervisor or a front desk number that I can talk to and get everything straightened out. He says no there is nobody I can talk to and then threatened to have the entire party thrown off property by the police. I really don't understand how this escalated so quickly as I was polite and patient. So the person who was the point of contact for my party tries to get it worked out and due to the holiday it's difficult to get anyone with authority to help with the issue. So we offer to remove a car from the property and turn in a parking pass so there is absolutely room on premises for my vehicle and the guard WON'T allow it. We were already under the limit as part of the party had left but we figured if we turned in a pass we could then prove we were within the limits and everything should be good but this security guard was just not willing and took it upon himself to give me a negative experience. Otherwise everything was ok. I've had better stays and worse stays for the same price so there's nothing unusual about the facility that stands out in either a positive or negative way. Tldr; Power tripping security guard Adrian tried real hard to ruin my vacation for no real reason.
