Hector is a very pleasant person. He was very professional and responsive. He did a great job at shining my boots and making them look brand new. He even repaired some extensive damages on my boots. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in the area.

I let them know that I came from Yuma to use Their services, I had 2 seams re-stitched in both boots. They were ready in 45 minutes and we're done correctly. Great service! Thank you.

Re souled my old chuckas and made them look like new again in one day. Great service from one of our small local businesses.

Needed to take in my sneakers in for a second time because glue didn't hold. They took care of it. No charge.

We live in Yuma and don't have a shoe repair locally. Odom's repaired my boots while we waited. The quality is amazing. He went above and beyond to fix my boots. Thank you!

My very expensive boots were on the floor, this is after he could not find them on the shelves. He had them laying around on the ground!! No box, nothing! When I asked him about that, he answered, you know what I don’t care and you can leave”. This is after waiting 20 minutes since he could not find my shoes. I guess he didn’t like it that I wasn’t happy that my 300.00 shoes were in the ground!

I have used this shoe repair shop a couple of times and they do an excellent job. The last time I went in, I wanted to get a pair of NEW shoes stretched. I spoke to "Joe" and he gave me good information about why it was not a good idea to stretch these shoes. He was a really nice gentleman and I appreciated his honesty. I ended up sending the shoes back and buying a different style. I think anyone would be pleased to use Odom's for their shoe needs.
