2015 Honda Civic LX VIN: 19XFB2E54FE041610 So, I went to JW to purchase this car and was promised that the car had never been in an accident and that they had “their guy” inspect it prior. Of course being that they had some negative reviews regarding information they didn’t disclose such as accidents, I decided to get an inspection. They were adamant that the car was fine and that I shouldn’t have it inspected. I spent over a 100 for a Honda service representative to tell me that the car had been hit on the passenger side causing the transmission mount to be ripped off of the transmission causing the transmission to leak and be ripped open. Instead of replacing the transmission, they welded it and it’s still leaking. They knew about it because he said that it was just a minor thing when I told him about it, which it is not a minor thing. Replacing transmissions is not cheap. If they’ll lie about this and say it’s a minor thing then I would recommend that they either repair it through a credible shop or maybe customers not buy here. I wasn’t going to post this, but after thinking about how they let me spend 100 instead of being honest with me from the get go. I have attached photos of the paperwork and even have videos if further proof is needed.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! After a week of driving in on what they called “new tires” my entire tire popped. Not only that but after two weeks I was driving down the freeway and my entire brake system system went out so I had to get off the freeway crashing my car up the corridor nearly killing me. Thank goodness my kids weren’t in the car with me. I plead and pleaded with them to help me but they said once the vehicle is sold it’s out of their hands, instead of standing behind their cars and not taking any responsibility. This place is an absolute waste of time. I know have to come up with 1100 to just get my car out of the shop, did J&W care? Not a bit. Worst car shopping experience I’ve ever had so please don’t waste your time there.
