Manager lady in glasses and short hair was harassing me over a mask but wouldn't get 6' away from me. An annoying woman with smart remarks forgets she works for the customer needs to be taught some manners

Well i ordered 5 things in one order. 4 cabinets and 1 butcher block. The butcher block was the first to come in, only to be damaged. Then 2 cabinets came in, both damaged. Then the other 2, i decided to keep them even with the minor damaged to them. My second butcher block came in, and to no suprise they called and said it had small damage and asked if i would like to see if i could use it. So i said yes, drove to the store and they can't find it, have me standing there for 1 1/2 hours waiting, finally she rolled out with it. The entire top surface was scratched clearly from a poorly trained forklift operator. During all this time i have not recieved one apology, no money off, nothing. When asked if we could rush the butcher block in i was told no and when i asked for free shipping to my house i was told no on that as well. So finally the 3rd budget block came in today. I looked at it in store and have a small scratch that i could work with but i didn't look at the corners until i got home. All 4 are damaged. Home depot needs to fire some people in shipping because this is unacceptable. I have spent well over 10k there in the past 2 months only to get this kind of service. I will be doing all of my ordering from lowes now, i will drive the hour to avoid this service.

It was a wonderful and spine tingling adventure, weaving between grizzled men and women gazing out into the void, clad in their faded orange vests, not knowing what I should expect around the next corner. Then I saw the signs, and the excitement was gone, becoming more a sense of utility, purchasing the wrong light bulbs but the correct Shark Bites. I will return soon to return the bulbs and create my next epic journey.

Never had a good experience. Ailed all blocked. Went there twice to get garage door estimate. 2nd time the fellow I found to help never had bid a door. Looking over shoulder helping him navigate the store site to build a door. Never was successful. The store lay out has people in conflict going out with long objects such as conduit lumber pvc pipes. With people coming in and the spontaneous sales displays. Block half the aisle and usually in front of the product that I want. Only go there because it’s the only place to go
