My experience with the McCarthy Chevy Team in Olathe Kansas was beyond exceptional. I truly had a very complex situation and their team was able to help. The finance manager Eric was so friendly, knowledgeable, and established a trusting experience right from the start. He was able to get me an approval before I ever arrived, which seemed impossible. My sales representative Laurynn Rudolph was so polite, excited and welcomed me and my daughter at the door as we arrived. Even greater the finance representative who finalized my paper work was knowledgeable, efficient, clear and educated me on the best options to secure my vehicle long term. Overall my experience was positive and I look forward to referring their company to my children, family, friends and coworkers; assured they are in good hands.

Jamie and Kade were the two employees that helped me and they were just outstanding their professionalism their friendliness made my first big car purchase not only a comfortable one but an experience to remember! Amazing customer service and super friendly people! Brian sent us customized videos of the truck I wanted as we were 8 hours away in Texas and gave us an amazing deal. They’re also huge dog people and when we brought our puppy in everybody made her feel so welcome! :)
I just purchased a 2018 Chevy traverse from McCarthy. The customer service was amazing! At no point did I feel pushed or forced into anything. Anthony was amazing and so super easy to deal with! Hassle free for sure! I would totally recommend McCarthy Chevrolet to anyone but most importantly I would recommend dealing with Anthony Riley!
