I would highly recommend going here for medical help! I went in today for a horrible laceration in my foot and quickly got in without any wait at all. My nurse Barbara was so sweet and caring and Dr Ryan was helpful and made getting my stitches a painless experience. Thank you so much!

Worst experience. I could barely walk and they made me walk to X-rays and to the restroom. No assistance was ever provided, and they never asked me to rate my pain. They took X-rays, told me I had a soft tissue injury, told me to take Tylenol and sent me home. I couldn’t even walk into my house, so I went to Olathe Med, where I was told I fractured my pelvis in 3 places and they kept me overnight for pain management. St. Luke’s Emergency Room was very unhelpful and didn’t listen to the patient or seem to care, even when I was in excruciating pain and had actually fractured my pelvis. Don’t waste your time or money.

I called ahead to find out if they took our insurance and what type of waiting room line there might be. I was surprised when they said they had no waiting room line and they accepted our insurance. All the staff seemed friendly, professionally, and getting my son checked out. Good job! :)

If your child has an emergency, please don't go here. You will end up going elsewhere for treatment. The paramedic was so rough with my baby and arrogant. The nurses are truly nice and caring but the paramedic and doctor were super awful. The doctor subjected my child to unnecessary tests obviously they are very money minded. My baby went home without relief and got sicker. I took her to the Children's Mercy ER and they suctioned my baby and did breathing treatments. My baby has been fine since then. I wouldn't recommend this ER to anyone. For them, it's all about the money. Be wary of thoe extra tet they do on you.

Absolutely wonderful people! We have needed them 4 times over the past year. I can’t say enough nice things. Doctors are fabulous and the facility is very clean. 5 stars plus.
