I have been dealing with Long Island Clean Water for many years now & they still never cease to amaze me. They call you back as soon as you leave a message. The staff that comes to your house are respectful, nice and a pleasure to have them come into your house. And if they have to do work, they are in and out faster than you can imagine. Their all around customer service should be emulated by all others!!!!

I was referred to LI Clean Water and am so grateful for their product and service. Exemplary team and professionalism! Daryl was very responsive in providing helpful tips as I deliberated which system to get. Dre and Paul were a dynamic installation duo. You can tell they do believe in running a family business in the way they provide service and get along with each other. Loving my Reverse Osmosis system so far (can't beat the taste of purity) and couldn't recommend this company enough.

I would like to take the time to commend L.I. Clean Water on a fantastic job they did in repairing our Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System. Long Island Clean Water had originally installed a whole house filter a Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water filter under the kitchen sink. Due to a third party ...shutting off incorrect valves (plumber) the system started to malfunction. Madelyn quickly dispatched the repair team over and the problem was solved. I just had my installation done yesterday. The work performed installation of the water filter system was a neat and clean job. Above my expectations. As far as the water filtration system goes it seems to be making a big difference already! I can finally use my soda stream machine and not have nasty tasting seltzer.

I have been using and recommending Long Island Clean Water Service (LICWS) for over 20 years. Bottled water is no solution: it has been found to contain thousands of chemicals. You need a water filter for drinking and for bathing (a whole house or at least a shower filter). You might as well go with the best. The owners, Mark and Madelyn, are so nice, and extremely helpful. They are experts in water filtration needs for the tristate area. If you want the best filtration system to make your water as pure as possible, don't think twice. Use LICWS. My water always taste great. When LICWS changed my filter cartridge last week, I saw with my own eyes just what was in my water - and being totally removed from what I was drinking. It motivated me to take a picture of the used filter cartridge alongside a new cartridge for comparison. My filtered water continued to be crystal clean even after tremendous impurity build-up on the cartridge. I couldn't imagine ingesting all that gunk over the course of about the past ten months, which is how long the cartridge was in use. Give LICWS a call!
