I love this place. I get a blueberry balsamic that is incredible. I use it on my salads. Their oils are also fantastic. You can sample everything too. Such a great place.

This place is awesome! You can sample every oil and vinegar they offer, and there are a ton of choices. 75ish for 2 oils and 3 vinegars was certainly worth it. Wish there was one in the Metro Detroit area. The woman working was a bit overbearing since we were the only people in the store at that time, however, I was so excited by everything else about this place that it's totally forgivable. If you love to cook and are in the area, definitely check it out.
We can't help but leave with at least two bottles of balsamic every time we're in town. A flavor for every taste
Stop here every time we are in South Haven, or any time we show guests or friends the downtown area. You at least have to go inside and taste some unique and flavorful oils and balsamic. You can't argue with free samples. Bottles of the good stuff are expensive, but fun to cook with or use on salads. Great as gifts.
They have a wide ranging stock of infused oils and balsamic vinegars, along with other things like sauces and canned goods. Everything I have tried is really good, some things I do not know what I would use them with but still taste good. They have knowledgeable staff members able to recommend products based on your needs. I have stocked up on multiple of the cooking friendly items. I particularly recommend the smokehouse balsamic, chipotle olive oil, and toasted garlic avocado oil.
