Over the years their team has helped me purchase a compact Kubota tractor with multiple attachments and implements, a great Stihl chainsaw and safety gear, a Stihl KombiMotor and many KombiSystem attachments, Stihl backpack blower and a great BE power washer with attachments. They also have a parts and service departments that offer full support for everything purchased.

We purchased a 2020 Kubota L3901 for our tree farm from J&I. Our sales person, Chris, is very knowledgeable and well-mannered gentleman. He took his time to thoroughly answer our questions and gave us a very reasonable quote. Our subsequent communication with him by email/phone was easy, efficient, and pleasant. The person who delivered the tractor to us, Rob, is also very knowledgeable and pleasant. Rob also has a great sense of humor! The orientation Rob gave us was really superb – very extensive, detail-oriented, and super-efficient. No rock was left unturned. There were a couple of small wrinkles with our order, but J&I took care of them to our satisfaction and in a reasonable time. Overall, we have a great impression of this company. Good people. We highly recommend this company, and if we ever need to purchase another Kubota, this is where we will go!

Tom is always happy to see me when I come into visit . If I have questions I go to him and he is always happy to help me with figuring out how to take things apart and put them back on. There needs to be another J&i power equipment in the Tumwater area ! Folks there are super nice and very honest ! Parts people and people out in the service shop are also very nice I highly recommend this place and Service Saw !
