Went to the home show and had a great time. We were looking for a bathroom remodel and Bath Planet was there with a wonderful display! This is a nice safe way to get out of the house for a bit during covid. Social distancing was not a problem and people were wearing masks.

This is the rudest place I have ever been to. The escalators go one way only there is no concessions on every floor they have mask police that yell at you every 2 seconds even when u are eating. And the workers there are incredibly rude. Thanks to them trying to rush me out I didnt get to speak to my son who had just wrestled I missed him by 2 min because she had to be completely rude and rush people out. Also i had to get seats in the noise bleed section because they have seats zip tied shut so it's only at 25 percent capacity even at that everyone could have been on the main floor. This place is the absolute worse and I would give 0 stars if I could
This place is a joke. The people are extremely rude. They are so unorganized and if u have noise bleed seats don't expect to be able to have concessions and God forbid u are trying to eat anything they will yell at u for not having ur mask up. This is the rudest place I have ever had to deal with! They also only have escalators that go one way so u habe to use the stairs to get anything to eat!
Food and drink is super expensive and they only allow cards & pepsi. I understand covid took tournaments out last year but they've up the price on everything and makes it almost impossible to actually attend the event.
Great place for a large meeting but the Berkshire meeting is outgrowing this venue. The Hilton across the street has a crosswalk directly into the hall for the auditorium but is closed for the meeting. Nice staff and always clean.
