Great service here. The food is wonderful!
The Filet Mignon, Ribeyes, Chicken breasts were all top quality and delicious. Although, the portions were small. Chicken breasts are more like 1/2 breasts. AuGratin potato's are very good after warning in the oven for 25 mins. All of the meat grilled so well. Burgers were very good also but small after cooking. We will most likely order again although pricey.

Use to be good. A nice gentleman would help me out every time. Not anymore got treated like i was a zoo animal last time I went in. The workers LIE and dont keep there word. Plus the pricing is not even close to being fair. Didnt mind paying it when the service was superb... But not anymore YOUR LOSS!
Worst experience ever. I've shopped here for years. Went in today to place my Christmas gift order and the sales person while very nice was very confused on even pulling up my account. I had all the coupons and flyers they sent me and she just kept saying my name didn't pull up I finally pointed out my customer number on one of the flyers they sent me. She's like oh there it is. Then I said these are the two people I want to send gifts to and she kept typing and trying to pull up the two people's addresses that were in the system. She finally says after about 25 minutes that she got the order in and I pay. She then printed the receipt for my review and I pointed out she had the same person in twice. She tells me she can't change it since it went through the system and that she would call and fix it when her manager Felicia gets in at 4pm and she would let me know it was fixed. I didn't hear anything by 4:30 so I call and the manager answered and I explained what was going on and she goes yes mistakes happen and they have to call the same 800 number I would if I'd like to try go ahead because they have to call in to the same number but when a customer walks into the store they have to hang up and try again later. She didn't seem to care at all that my order was released to their warehouse with the wrong shipping info. So I call the 800 number and sat on hold for 45 minutes. No one answered. Left my number like the recording said 2 hours later still no call back. After many years of buying from Omaha steaks this is my last year. Seems they have a lot of ads on TV but NO customer service!!!!
If you order these from TV advertisement are tiny steaks nothing like shown. Could buy better at any local butcher shop for half the price. Can't believe haven't been sued for showing 16 once steaks when send 4 ounce.
