Fred was a life-saver for a project I am working on. I read some of the previous reviews and I'm not sure what they saw but my first visit to the store was excellent! I was able to get the mounts I needed and even got a little bit of a discount for buying 2! The Man Cave section is badass! Thanks guys - made my day a heck of a lot easier!
Excellent customer service. They are friendly and fast.
They are advertised as a direct tv store when they only deal with the equipment such as a remote. . No bills and no customer service for direct tv. . Very rude once they realized we were there for a bill and not to buy equipment... They need to take their advertising off of direct tvs website. . The one review that was good was posted by an employee... That should tell you enough. .
