This company came to pick my father up at a care center in Somerville, to take him to the hospital on an emergency call. The crew they sent were absolutely horrible. They spent about 20 seconds looking at him, that was the extent of their "exam", hardly meets their training standard. On top of that one of them was as fat as a horse, had her shirt half unbuttoned, and half tucked in, and one pant leg shoved in the boot, the other down. I let the care center know that they are not to call this sloppy company again, and I DON'T CARE WHAT THEIR GUIDELINES ON WHO THEY CALL ARE. I will not pay it, they will eat it. Have some pride in yourselves, learn to dress your fat self, get in shape, go on a diet, and for crying out loud, a bath really would not hurt. Then, learn how to take care of patients, and do what the heck you were trained to do. Had something happened they had no baseline vitals, nothing, and would have had to fake it and make it up.
