I live @Harmony and run almost everyday early in the morning and my wife does the same during the evening, we’ve been to several places in The Woodlands area looking for a decent fruit shake post-workout and turned out that the best by far is a mile away from my house! This place is awesome and the service is great, I’m definitely going back tomorrow for another shake and some vitamins!

This new spot ended up being closer to our house than the place we would usually go to so we decided to stop in. We were not disappointed. Great selection and great customer service. The sales guy spent some time with us going over what we wanted and what would be the best option (a sample was given to us to help us decide which flavor we liked best.) He also gave us a free smoothie coupons the end of the purchase. We will definitely be returning.

Friendly and they talk to you like a real person. I'm getting into working out and the workers here always are supportive and give their honest advice based on their workout experience. You don't have to act like a dude bro to fit in. What a refreshing atmosphere to be in where they just want you to have the best workout or recovery with the products they sell. They also make great smoothies so go get one.

Guys at this location are great. I come here everyday after my workout and the shakes are awesome and reasonably priced. They also have a fair rewards system in place and staff is knowledgeable about products. They’ve even given me great samples. Definitely the best shop in the area for smoothies and supplements, they have just about everything you could think of. Strongly recommend; Customer service here is fantastic

Definitely what this area needed. I tried the cinnamon toast crunch post workout shake with almond milk and its like nothing I've tasted before. Parker was also very nice and helped me pick good supplements that will work for my goals
