Called requesting a specific cut of meat and the person answering phone, a butcher?, wasn’t familiar with cut and he made me feel like I was wasting his time. Not helpful at all.

Excellent selection of meats, frozen prepared foods, cheese, and wine. Prices were fair and service is spectacular. Tasty kabobs for the grill tonight and ribeye burgers for the holiday BBQ. They even had pretzel rolls for the burgers. We will be back!

Stopped in orchard meat today to pick up order. No one wearing mask except me. Two butchers talking and waiting on people without any social distance concerns that they are not wearing any protective covering for their customers. GREAT staff and service! Outstanding quality meats and fish and lots of extras in the freezer like homemade soups, meatballs, etc. I noticed a few negative reviews that are most likely from competitors as they never close early and in fact the restaurant staff which is open in the evening will retrieve any pickup order you may have. It would be impossible for them to be \out of porterhouse\ as they cut their own meat. And they don't charge extra if you pay with a credit card
