I was very impressed with the team from Longs water. They were prompt and very careful and neat. They installed a water softener and reverse osmosis filter system. The guys have some very creative ideas about how to mount the filter system and holding tank. I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Longs water to anyone considering upgrading their water system.

After researching water softeners and realizing that our water had a high grain count - which eliminated the non-salt resin bed I was contemplating, I contacted Long’s. Everything was very informative from the initial consult with Scott, through the installation process with Bryan and Ben and everything went extremely smoothly. System was installed and running in under three hours and everything was as clean as it was before they started. Have absolutely no issues or concerns with the purchasing process or the unit and would highly recommend Long’s to others.
Long’s EcoWater has for over 25 years provided us with great services that keep our well water adjusted to the right ph and acid levels to maintain the plumbing system in our home. Yesterday , Bryan provided great service beginning with an “I’m on my way” reminder call right on through our service appointment. He was friendly, professional and efficient. He answered all our questions and explained any of the water test findings that we asked about. He was honest and provided sound recommendations about routine maintenance schedules. He is definitely an asset to the Long’s service team.
So happy with my service from Longs. Ben took his time and was very helpful in explaining my estimate and needs for a new system. Jim was efficient, clean and quick with the install. Bryan came out to replace a UV bulb. He noticed our softener had caked up some salt around the upper walls and promptly resolved the issue and tested the water. Very professional, respectful of time and thorough.
