I told my wife I was going to finally get around to reviewing the great service we had with Orlando Transfer and she jokingly told me not to since Disney is doing away with the Magical Express and they might be harder to book again in the future! But that’s exactly why I’m writing this review (6-7 weeks late albeit) - this company is great and really deserves your business. Both drivers we had were safe and courteous, but our first driver (I am so sorry - his name is escaping me but I’m pretty sure it starts with a G) was especially great. On the way to Boulder Ridge from the airport, he heard us talking about how we were probably going to miss our boarding window for Rise of the Resistance so, when we got to the resort he said “If you want, go drop your things off at your room and I will take you straight to Hollywood Studios so you don’t have to miss your boarding group” - and by god we made it. Excellent service. Why did we choose to do a private transfer to Disney World instead of using the Magical Express this time? A couple reasons - One, we had heard others reports that they had been waiting a longer than usual time for the Magical Express and we didn’t want to spend the extra time on our first park day waiting for the bus to come. Two, we were traveling with two 4 year olds and 2 babies...to make our planes we had to get up at 3:45am in Chicago and it was a long morning...we knew the kids wouldn’t (and never) sleep on the Magical Express...but Orlando Transfer has car seats. Both babies napped in the car on the way to the resort and the 4 year olds were not crazy bouncing around in their seats, but rather were much well behaved. I tell you, that was worth the price on its own. We’ll be back using Orlando Transfer in the future!

Wonderful experience! We used this service for pickup and return from Orlando Sanford airport to Cabana Bay resort and it was perfect. Nice, clean vehicle with a prompt friendly driver! Will use again

Outstanding service, vehicle, and driver. Yovanny met us on time with a sign in hand at baggage claim and the same leaving the Disney Ship back to airport. Kept me informed with text and even map with his position when he came to get us at the ship. Clean, new, perfect vehicle for our 8 people. MANY THANKS.
Orlando Transfer exceeded expectations for our family vacation to Legoland. Drivers were friendly, professional and on time. Cars were clean and comfortable. I was concerned about our early 4:30 am return pickup time, but Sergio arrived early and made our trip to the airport seem effortless. I highly recommend this company and look forward to using them for future trips.
