Fraudulent business, do not use! Robert Ferguson, which is probably an alias, is posing as a consumer. That name is attached to the so called company as being the owner. Quite certain that Kimmy Reid is an alias as well, and she/he too is posing as a customer when I know for a fact that they are affiliated with Port Canaveral Quick Shuttle. They took us for 300 and never refunded our money.

Our reservation was for 10:30, were told driver would be early (10am) driver arrived late almost 11. Little to no communication with riders. From there left to sit in a parking lot then back to the airport to pick up someone else. Leave there thinking we on our way to destination...WRONG!! Pulls in a gas station/convenience store he exits the vehicle with NO COMMUNICATION and goes into the store. Returns and sits silently. A passenger asks what is the wait bc she was almost late for her 11:30 boarding. Waiting on his “boss” to bring 2 more passengers. After awhile the arrive and we are on our way. Arrived an hour later than boarding time and never ONE APOLOGY. DO NOT USE unless you have plenty, plenty time to waste. The first family picked up was with him over 2 hours before dropped an hour late for boarding. They got your money and no concerns for passengers schedules.

At first I was impressed with Robert and the company. I really wanted to support our people. But, unfortunately I was left stranded at the airport. I called and was told they could not assist me. My ride back was canceled by accident. Then they called saying they would be picking me up. Of course that wasn't going to happen. Now we are waiting for the refund. If not received I will be informing the Better business bureau. Thanks for letting me know not to use this company again.

They took our order and our money! Then when we tried to cancel they did not answer the phone. Left voicemail and they never responded. They also do not respond to emails. We made about 25 attempts to contact them to cancel with zero response. We are going though our bank to reverse the charges!

I was quite concerned when I read some of the reviews by previous customers, but our experience was outstanding!! Our driver, Paul, contacted us prior to arriving at the airport to let us know where to meet him & what time to expect him. He called twice more to give us updates on his progress, & actually ended up arriving about 15 min early. Despite being a party of 8, he loaded all our luggage into the shuttle, drove us to our hotel, then unloaded everything. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Would definitely schedule with them again.
