Amazing workouts, awesome instructors! Kickboxing is a great way to get in shape, feel better, and look great! ILKB offers a whole body experience, with nutrition, strength, cardio, and emotional support/encouragement. Highly recommend!!
I love kickboxing gave me the jump start I needed for a happier, healthier future. I started with their 6 week challenge & couldn't be more pleased. They give you all the tools/ information/ guidance you need to be successful. Their trainers are there for you whenever you need them. Believe me I bombarded them with questions non stop & they were always quick to reply & super helpful. I finally lost the baby weight I've been struggling with for 4 years! Now that they have an online option it's even more convenient. You can do it at your own pace right in your home. I'm a fan!! Thank you Marlana & the whole ILKB family for being so awesome!
