Best park I ever lived in. The people are great, grass is wtered every day. It is quiet! No road noise. Beautiful. Your spot even comes with a storage shed. I am not leaving!

We stayed at the park for 2 1/2 years and have some comments about the ownership. But first the Pro's of the park, the sites are spacious and include a storage shed. Lots of grass and well kept up, and close to Pot Holes State Park. the Con's--they raised the rent every year we were there, and in 2019 raised the electrical rate on top of the lot payment increase. Over the 2 years the lot payment increased from 350-395. the wireless is just about useless, with empty promises of improving it. It's supposed to be a senior rv park but they will let any age in to fill up the park. Go in with your eyes open.
Samantha is a \LIAR\... she told me I had a choice of C30 or C31 which would be available Nov 1st this year. The Mgr. (Chris) confirmed this but has since quit or fired!!! Samantha and Sherry (the new onsite mgr) told me that D40 would be my only choice... I have been waiting for this spot since March of this year. What a disgraceful act. They both should be fired!
New management, no phone signal, no tv signals and no wifi. If you like living way off the grid, this is the place to be!
A sweet lady taking care of the park found us a spot to stay in their extra spots up by the clubhouse. Very pretty park. Out of the way but a nice place to stay.
