We had a wonderful time at the cottage \Bow Wow on the River.\ The house was clean, and the owners clearly had thought of everything for us and for our beloved dog. It was a delightful weekend, and we plan to return. We have already recommended it to family and friends. Its' a real gem.

This was a great house for a girls weekend get away. We recommend that you install hooks or towel bars for a place to hang your bath towels. Also, maybe add some end tables to the master bedroom on each side of the bed. Would also recommend adding another kitchen towel and dish cloth. The main kitchen table was in need of repair - very wobbly. The house was adorable and overall we had a great experience.
The home was lovely! The staff was very professional and helped me every ser up way. And had immediate response when we ran low on the basic Essentials. Can't wait to book oit next get away!!
We had a great time visiting Heritage Harbor and staying at 'Our Happy Place.' The cottage was nicely decorated and very clean. I loved waking up each morning and having coffee on the screened in porch, so peaceful. My 6yo son loved the loft and made it his little fort for our stay. We were able to enjoy the pool, fishing, an electric boat and Red Dog Grill during our stay. We really enjoyed all of it! It truly was 'Our Happy Place' during a time we much needed to unwind. We had a nice time and hope to be back; we would have returned as early as July, but the resort is booked.
We had an amazing time in Ottawa! Heritage Harbor is such a great community! We can't wait to return. There are so many things to do nearby, it was great for the wide age ranges of our family. There really was something for everyone. Sitting on the porch each night and morning was just amazing. The views were spectacular.
