She was upfront about the actual price, and clear about what the dealership could and could not do. When I declined a service, they lowered their price substantially; the final deal was several thousand dollars below what I found at other VW dealerships in the area, and they played no games at all with me. No hidden fees, no bait-and-switch. I will definitely take future business there.
