I have known Greg for over 3 years and used him solely in my home re Smart home. I have a state of the art Cinema Room in my property here and will be asking him to fit out a property in Europe for us both him and his team have the balance between professionalism and commercial spot on he is clearly passionate about what he does and there are no surprises at the end all is discussed upfront. I do not usually recommend guys but would have no hesitation in recommending Greg and his team to anyone and have done in my area to three neighbors in 34747. Regards

Unbelievable bad service and respect for potential clients. I have a large purchase and install probably ranging in the 10K area. I called this company up and received a call back within a couple hours. I made an apt with Greg who was to be at my house at 9 am in the morning two days later. I call and text to confirm and receive no reply. I don't get the reply til 30 min prior to the meeting that he can't make it. He tells me to CALL HIM back to reschedule by which I do so and he replies via text that he will get in touch with me after his meeting. It is now three days later and three voice mails and texts with no reply. I even asked him to just let me know if he wants the job or not and to let me know what is going on. He doesn't even give me the courtesy t reply to my communication. Garbage like this has no business being in business!!! Garbage!!!
Out of Sight provided me with great service. They are not the cheapest but definitely one of the best in town. I have learned that trying to save money and cut corners is eventually much more expensive when it comes to AV equipment. Greg provides clear and honest recomendations. My system is running for two years now. The only issues I had were with my Integra reciever (bad batch). Even after 21 months, Greg Sent me a replacement unit. Great service!
