Pretty darn good! We were seated a few minutes after our call in time. We splurged and got mushrooms and blooming onion, lobster and filet. All were perfect. I’d give this visit 5 stars but I really wish they would do something about the silicone that is pulling away from all the tables. It looks bad and is a bacteria trap. Other than that, this place seems well managed and we are sure to be back.

We came in as a group of 7. The hostess was kind enough to explain our options for seating, then she went and set up the tables for us. Our server was relatively new, and we were his first large group. Things got off to a rocky start, but he eventually got the hang of it. Being new, he made mistakes, but corrected them when he was made aware. Just before leaving, the hostess asked how everything was. When I explained about our server, she informed me about him being new and we were his first large group. She also explained that they were short workers, and some of the issues were outside his control. Her explaining the situation goes a long way towards my rating. The food was great, no complaints there. I will definitely visit there again.
So, the waitress was amazing and fed up with the kitchen, as much as I was. Sent the burger back twice, cause it was the wrong burger, then when they redid it, they slopped it together with cheese that had hardened. I sent the steak back, because it was rare.. nearly raw, instead of medium well and I'll add that, even after reheating the leftovers for 2 minutes, it was still as pink as a medium/medium rare steak. (Pic) I had added steamed lobster tail, but they sent it out grilled, which was very tough and had to send that back, as well. Also, I had to ask 4 times for my salad, before I was given a salad made primarily out of the butt of the lettuce. All in all, I spent 95.88 (25 tip) for an awful dinner and wasted time. Again, the waitress was phenomenal and doing her absolute best to fix their mistakes. But, dear lord, I will never, ever go back
Food and service great! Our waiter Sierra was great and very knowledgeable about the menu! The new Aussie ribs were so good! Fried and barbecued fell right off the bone!!! Steak was nice n tender too and of course the blooming onion! Oh and the pumpernickel bread they gave us was good too !Whipped butter I almost ate the whole thing lol We’ll be back! Thanks Outback!!
I and my friend decided to go to outback for lunch, I had the sirloin and aussie ribs and it was delicious, my friend had the prime rib on a baguette and he said it was delicious as well. We will return soon. Ask for Ivy that was our waitress today she was great, & very polite.
This is based on a pick up order, maybe service is better for dine in affairs. The staff we spoke with were very nice. We waited almost two hours for an order that was placed online. Originally it was for delivery but they called me back saying my address was out of their delivery zone. Told them I'd be fine coming to pick it up instead. The website is super simple to use at least. The parking lot is way too small for dine in AND curbside carry out orders. We get there and they tell us it should be a few minutes. An hour passes before somebody comes back out to us and informs us that our order hasn't been prepared and that we'd have to wait even longer. We finally get our food and make the short drive home, bags carefully held so they don't spill out or get hit by the cold air. Once home, we start opening containers and things are less than pleasant. Anything fried was mush as if it'd been sitting for a very long time. The steaks were practically raw, the fat was still white and I had to cook them again myself. The seasoning was on point though. The sides were cold and needed reheating also. The salads got placed under hot food so they were wilted and gross. The pasta barely had any sauce on it. you would think they'd have at least thrown in extra loaf of bread for waiting so long, something, anything. But all I got was disappointment. I was really looking forward to this whole meal. (Especially after dropping 130 dollars...) And I was supremely let down. Will not recommend despite the staff having a pleasant enough demeanor.
Regarding Take Out: Ordering on their website is super easy. Parking lot is like 3 times too small for what they are doing. They do have numerous Take Out spaces marked. Problem is they are all full and people constantly coming and going. If you have a small car it will be easier to manage. I was not able to get a Take Out space, but parked near one. I did specify my vehicle type and color on the order, but no one came to my window to check. I got the text my food was ready, and time was perfect from when I ordered. The text clearly states to wait in vehicle. After 15min of waiting and watching food going out to numerous cars, I got out and went to the Take Out door. Standing there, they quickly got my order and took my payment. The food was good, but temp had dropped waiting 15min in the car. I would recommend as soon as you get the text, get out and find someone to process your order.
Dining in has always been good. Last week we did curbside and they totally messed up our order. Most importantly, our Alice Springs chicken needed to be mushroom free for allergies... I did a cursory glance and it looked okay. A few bites in, I got super hot and flushed... I cut a bite and noticed something under the chicken. It was freaking mushrooms. On the bottom. Not even where they usually go. The chicken was dry and overcooked, but I hadn't eaten all day so I ate it up until I found the mushrooms. I also paid for the pecan bleu cheese salad. Entire salad had not one bit of bleu cheese on it so the upcharge for the premium side was maddening. This week, same experience. Paid for loaded mashed potatoes and got plain. The shrimp on my sirloin and shrimp is also overcooked and rubbery. We won't be back until we can dine in. Not cool.
