2 of out three meals cooked incorrectly. The asparagus was not prepared probably. Hard wood ends not cleaned up prior to cooking. Appetizer wings were to be mild. These weren't mild by anyones standard.. the manage tried to have the kitchen fix the very rare, ordered medium, they came back with little improvements. Twice tried.. They had forgotten the lobster portion of one meal. It came later. The fried mushrooms weren't bad. The manager tried to fix it but couldn't. I was told that one on the owners was cooking.. big mistake. Prime rib sandwich was okay. The manager did the right thing.

They was so nice we had dinner there on back to back. Nights. The waitress the. First night took the time to make sure that everything was perfect for my gluten free and dairy free wife. Including taking the time to make some fresh cocktail sauce...
Usually excellent food as with most other locations. But when they mess up an order its usually the whole order. I don't know if its a specific employees day to be cook or what, but ive had somewhere between 3 to 4 orders having to be totally replaced. Usually it happens every month or so for the last year or possibly a little longer. But a certain female employee and also a male could really use some customer interaction training. They told me that if they don't have ot right by now i should probably want to find somewhere else to eat! I spend in the order of 60 to 100 dollars every single time and always tip well and compliment their quality. But their random mess ups shouldn't effect all the other times i should be able to pay for a properly cooked and prepared meal. They also sent me a gift card to replace a meal, but mysteriously never showed up in the mail.
Exactly what I'd expect from a steakhouse. The restaurant was clean and well organized. I sat at the bar and there was a flawless transition between the oncoming bartender and off going bartender at first, but once they got settled in they spent a lot of extra time chatting with a server that was just hanging out by the bar. I ordered the seasoned and seared prime rib. I think it was a little too seasoned for my taste but it was perfectly cooked. I will be back.
I ordered what I wanted from home and picked the order up the time I told them I'd be there. I didn't have to leave my vehicle. Paid for my order when I pulled up and they kept me informed on my cell that the order was almost ready! Good experience!
Great service i ordered a rib eye and they cooked it the exact way i told them too, just the waiting time is why i didn't made it 5 stars.
Food was "Outback" good, and our waitress was very pleasant and quick. Her husband (a Marine - thanks for your service, sir!) came in to pick her up while we were eating and was kind enough to chat a bit. Nice experience.
The food was amazing and the service was great, but the waitress would not leave us alone. She came to the table every 5 minutes to ask if we needed anything. They weren't busy so I guess she had nothing better to do, but she continually interrupted our date and conversation. It was so annoying!
