Dev is very knowledgeable and always does great work. He knows what he's talking about. He is very good at talking to buyers and helping them understand all of the terms/issues he is pointing out in the home inspection and does a great job of helping them prioritize the repairs or issues on what is important to address either right now or in the future. I can always count on Golden to give a good representation of what is going on with the home while also putting it into perspective for the buyers moving forward!

He was insanely detailed, patient and happy to answer all my questions, and truly put me at ease with my home purchase. I really appreciated him highlighting the deficiencies/items to keep an eye on that may need attention sooner than later. Really can't say enough about what a great job he did.
