Sorry about the poor rating. If I ever need help again, we will definitely search a lot more. The help that was sent to assist didn’t have adequate training and did more sleeping than I did! If I needed help in the night, I would have to wake my husband so he could go wake up the helper. This wasn’t what we expected and he paid way too much money for this! Our sons also spent nights to help support their Dad. We should have been paying them! Several staffers were better and we requested to have them come more, but that was ignored for some reason. The booking lady sounded great on the phone, but didn’t follow through. I would never suggest Synergy to anyone, unless they show improvement!!! I would definitely like at least half the money back....I’m so sad that my husband wasted all the money . He was so stressed, but Synergy did not help the situation. The good part is that I’m improving, but it’s due to Theraptist (OT and PT). Don’t spend your money on these people unless you are rich...(and we aren’t)!

I have been with Synergy a few months now. I have done caregiving over 14yrs and this is by far the best company I've ever worked for. The office staff is amazing. They work with you on your schedule needs, they try to match you with clients that work well with your personality. They're patient with us caregivers and the clients/clients family members, I've seen it first hand. I will work this job as long as I live in this area. I love it!!! Thank you Synergy for all you do!
I am currently employeed by Synergy. I have worked with this company since Feb. 2019. During the interview process I was 15 weeks pregnant. At the end of the interview I told them I was pregnant. They accepted that and made me feel like it was not a big deal. Over my employment with them I have changed my schedule multiple times. They have ALWAYS helped me with my schedule and helped me get the hours I was needing. I feel very supported by my employers on a professional level and MOST importantly on a person level. These people are truely amazing and wonderful people. I have been working since I was 16 and I'm now 32. So I have worked many jobs. By far the BEST employer I have EVER had!!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would give them as many as possible. :)
This is my first care giving job and Synergy has made me feel nothing but loved and welcomed. I was nervous when first starting out with this job, as I didn't know what to expect. Synergy walked me through every step of being a caregiver and continued to help me out with things I might have had questions about. All of the clients I have worked with, some only one time, some regular, have all complimented Synergy and their staff. I highly recommend working for this program or having a caregiver from Synergy come to you.
I work for Synergy and with this being my first CNA job, I immediately felt welcomed into the family and comfortable with the clients that I work with. Any issues Ive had have always been resolved and they work with me around my schedule. I definitely recommend working for Synergy!
